In every good watchmaker workshop you will find at least one »watchwinder« This machine (product range) is needed to check if a repaired or reinstalled automatic watch is working correctly. Additionally the watch will be controlled under realistic conditions (for example due to the changing position of the watch the exactness will be checked). Watchwinders from our (workshop) are very usefull for watch collectors: Full wound up, automatic watches will achieve high exactness. Due to the permanent movement of the watchwinder (technical details), standstill is avoided and therefore complicated watchadjustment will no longer be necessary (for example calendar, lunar phase etc.). Damage through inappropriate watchadjustment will thus also be avoided.
